Refund Policy - Testgos
At Testgos - Discover the extraordinary at Testgos – your source for rare vinyl, sealed collectibles, signed books, and vintage treasures., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of rare vinyl, sealed collectibles, signed books, and vintage treasures. If for any reason you are not, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read the following terms carefully before making a return.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unopened, unused, and in the same packaging as received, including all shrink wrap, seals, stickers, and accessories.
- All original packaging, inserts, boxes, and any promotional materials must be included. For sealed items (e.g., brand new sealed vinyl, cassette tapes, or sealed collectibles), the seal must remain intact. If the seal is broken, the item is considered opened and may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Proof of purchase is required, such as the order confirmation email, receipt, or packing slip. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns postmarked after this period may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our inventory, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Signed books, autographed items, and limited edition collectibles (including signed Ty Stofflet books and other signed memorabilia).
- Vintage items, antique jewelry, and pre-owned collectibles (e.g., vintage 1928 jewelry, vintage Ballets Africains programs, and used VHS tapes).
- Magazines, comic books, and paper collectibles (e.g., Pro Wrestling Illustrated July 1986, Genus 5 issue lot, and Bruce Lee Japanese magazine).
- Custom or personalized items (not applicable to current inventory).
- Items marked as "SEALED" that have been opened (e.g., Ringo Starr vinyl, Salt N Pepa cassette, Jurassic World Amber Collection). Once the seal is broken, the item is non-returnable.
- Perishable goods, digital downloads, and gift cards (not applicable to current inventory).
If you believe a non-returnable item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days. You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund (typically 5-10 business days).
Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective or damaged item).
Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., a different size or edition), please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund. For non-defective exchanges, you must follow the return process and place a new order.
