These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website testgos.shop (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Testgos. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Account Terms

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

2. Ordering and Payments

All orders placed on testgos.shop are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including if we suspect fraud or pricing errors. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

  • Pricing: All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be added at checkout.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods as indicated on the Site. Payment is due at the time of order.
  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent after successful payment. This does not constitute acceptance until your order is processed and shipped.
  • Pre-Orders: For pre-order items, payment is collected at checkout, and shipping will occur upon release.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally, as specified on the Site. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and package size.
  • International Orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery times may vary.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

4. Returns and Refunds

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of collectibles, returns are accepted only under certain conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective or misdescribed items. Items must be in their original condition and packaging (sealed items must remain sealed).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sealed vinyl, cassettes, VHS tapes, signed books, and other collectibles that are opened or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Process: Contact us at Saunders@2fa.am to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without RA numbers will be refused.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design, is owned by Testgos or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce,
